Jar Refill

Transform your favorite jars into personalized scented treasures! Our custom jar refill service allows you to send us your empty jars, and we'll fill them with your choice from our premium to luxe line of scents.

1. Send Us Your Refill Request

Before shipping your jars, please fill up the Jar Refill Request Form.

Fill out our Jar Refill Request Form to get started with your custom refill order.

💌 Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm availability and contact you for details.

2. Pack Securely

  • Wrap each jar in bubble wrap or thick paper to avoid cracks during shipping.
  • Place jars upright inside a sturdy box.
  • Fill empty spaces with packing material (paper, biodegradable peanuts, or bubble wrap).
  • Seal the box securely with tape.

3. Ship & Confirm

  • Use the shipping details we provided after your inquiry.
  • We recommend choosing a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.
  • Notify us with the tracking number once shipped.

4. Receive & Enjoy ✨

  • Your freshly refilled jars will be shipped back after refill.
  • Light your candles and enjoy your favorite Wicc & Fable scents again.

What We Accept

  • Most glass jar sizes
  • For our regular size jars (150g) minimum of 10 jars.
  • Clean, undamaged containers
